Elizabeth brings over two decades of experience in public education, where she served as a leader committed to developing people, strengthening systems, and creating meaningful impact. In a bold career move, she “retired” from public education to pursue her passion more fully—supporting and growing leaders. She now serves as an executive counselor for a technology research and advisory company, working alongside organizations to navigate change, think strategically, and lead effectively in evolving landscapes.
Elizabeth is the founder of the Female Framework, a leadership model designed to empower women to find their voice, establish meaningful connections, model authenticity, and activate potential in others. Her work is grounded in the belief that leadership is not about titles, but about influence, purpose, and legacy. She is deeply committed to helping individuals break through internal and external barriers so they can lead with confidence and intention.
Through speaking, coaching, and writing, Elizabeth continues to inspire leaders—especially women—to step into their full potential and lead in ways that are both authentic and impactful.

Dr. Freas was recently selected as one of the 2026 Influential Women. A testament to her hard work and advocacy for leaders.
